Te Māra Hūpara
Kia Ora everybody! 2 weeks ago the whole of Hay Park School went on a trip to a traditional Māori playground called Te Māra Hūpara. We had lots of fun, however lots of people got injured that day on the spiky branches or slippery tree trunks and logs.
We had our play and we explored and played with friends, until we had to go back to school.
I enjoyed =
- Climbing trees and logs with my friends
- Playing tag
- Looking at insects
I found it hard to =
- Not slip
- Get my clothes dirty
- playing on the slippery logs
