Yesterday on the 22th of June my class played with Spheros. We did this to see how the Spheros could get from one place to another. It was nice seeing how the Spheros could go fast and slow. We controlled it with an iPad and we could even change the colour of the Spheros.
My friends let me try out their obstacles and have races with their Spheros and it was amazing. To make the obstacles they used legos bricks and wood planks. Me and my buddy had to alternate with the Spheros. It was very confusing to use it because when I moved the joystick on the ipad to control the robot it went the opposite way.
My highlight was controlling the Sphero to move fast across the room. Our teacher also got us Bbots to play with and it was exactly like coding. We pressed the left and right buttons and then pressed go then it would start doing the instructions.
